摘要
以聚邻苯二甲酸-1,6-己二醇酯二醇(PH-56)为软段,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)和乙二胺(EDA)为硬段,合成了系列软段中含有苯环结构的苯酐聚酯型水性聚氨酯(WPU)膜.并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)等对膜进行了表征.对于苯/环己烷混合液(质量比50/50,50℃),测定膜的吸附分离性能和渗透汽化分离性能,并与软段不含苯环的聚己二酸-1,6-己二醇酯二醇(PHA-2000)的脂肪族聚酯型水性聚氨酯膜进行了比较.结果表明,含有苯环结构的PH-56为软段的膜比PHA-2000为软段的膜热稳定性和分离性能更好;软段为PH-56的膜在环己烷中几乎不溶胀,且当膜结构中软段质量分数从55.0%增加到73.6%时,渗透汽化分离因子从6.90缓慢减小为4.91,而通量从6.91kg·μm/(m^2·h)明显增加到23.8kg·μm/(m^2·h).
A series of waterborne polyurethane membranes with different kinds of soft segments of different contents were successfully synthesized using polyphthalic acid-1,6-glycol polyester diol(PH-56)or polyhexamethylene adipate glycol(PHA-2000)as soft segment,butanediol(BDO)and ethanediamine(EDA)as hard segment.The membranes were characterized by FT-IR,TGA,adsorption and pervaporation performance for benzene/cyclohexane(50/50 in weight)in order to probe the influence of content of benzene ring structure in soft segment.The results indicated that thermal stability and selectivity of PH-based membrane were better than those of PHA-based membrane.When the content of PH-56 increased from 55.0% to 73.6%,the degree of swelling increased gradually,the permeation flux rapidly increased from 6.91kg·μm/(m^2·h)to 23.8kg·μm/(m^2·h),separation factor slowly decreased from 6.90 to 4.91 and almost no swelling in cyclohexane.
