摘要
为了解磷酸盐快补材料的耐水性能,通过不同温度下静止和流动水养护对磷酸盐快补材料的力学性能、体积稳定性和强度保留率等影响结果的统计分析来确定其耐水性优劣,进而探索改善磷酸盐快补材料耐水性的措施。结果表明:磷酸盐快补材料在自然养护条件下强度最高,60 d抗折强度和抗压强度分别为11.50 MPa和73.54 MPa,在水养条件下强度会发生一定的倒缩,尤其是流动水养护对强度影响更为显著,60 d抗折强度和抗压强度的最小值分别为5.30 MPa和26.56 MPa,强度保留率最小值达到24.88%。研究结果可为磷酸盐快补材料的推广应用提供一定的指导。
In order to study the water resistance of phosphate rapid repairing materials, the mechanical properties,volume stability and strength retention rate of the phosphate rapid repairing materials curing in still or dynamic water of different temperatures were investigated. The water resistance of the materials was obtained by statistical analysis. Results show that the strength of the materials in natural curing condition is the highest, the flexural and compressive strength of the materials of 60 d reach respectively 11. 50 MPa and 73. 54 MPa, but the strength of the materials reduces when they are cured in water. Especially in dynamic wa ter, the strength decreases more obviously,the minimum flexural and compressive strength of the materials of 60 d reach respectively 5. 30 MPa and 26. 56 MPa,and the minimum strength retention rate of the materials of 60 d reaches 24. 88 % . The results can provide some guidance for popularization and application of phosphate rapid repairing materials.
