摘要
目的观察国家中医药管理局实行的胆胀(胆囊炎)中医护理方案在临床应用的效果。方法对于普外科护士进行胆胀(胆囊炎)中医护理方案的培训,收集2014年11月—2016年3月普外科患"胆囊结石、胆囊炎"患者120例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规治疗与护理;观察组采用胆胀(胆囊炎)中医护理方案进行辨证施护,观察比较实施人员对两组效果的评价及患者满意度。结果常见症状/证候疗效比较,观察组中总体有效率80%明显优于对照组66%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者对护理工作满意度比较,观察组明显优于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论胆胀(胆囊炎)中医护理方案临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of clinical application effect traditional chinese medicine nursing program of the State Ad-ministration of traditional Chinese medicine on the gallbladder distension（cholecystitis）. Methods The nurses in the department of general surgery for bile expansion（ cholecystitis） nursing program of traditional Chinese medicine redeived training. 120 cases of gallstone and cholecystitis from November 2014 to March 2016 in department of general surgery patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment and nursing.The observation group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine nursing program. The evaluation on the effect of the two groups and patients＇ satisfaction was observed and compared. Results The therapeutic effect of common symptoms/syndromes was compared, the total effective rate of the observation group 80 % which was significantly better than 66% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The satisfaction of nursing care of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing for gallbladder distention（cholecystitis） has significantly clinical effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
