摘要
目的分析宫颈癌手术出院患者实施护理延伸服务的可行性。方法选取2014年1月~2016年2月我院接受治疗并出院的宫颈癌患者40例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法平均分为对照组与观察组,各20例,对照组给予常规出院指导,观察组在常规指导基础上给予护理延伸服务。比较两组患者在入院时以及出院6个月时自我护理能力及生活质量。结果入院时两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者生活质量评分在出院6个月时均显著提高,且观察组患者生活质量评分提高水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。入院时两组患者自我护理能力无显著差异,两组患者自我护理能力评分在出院6个月时均显著提高,且观察组患者自我护理能力评分提高水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予宫颈癌手术出院患者护理延伸服务,可显著提高患者生活质量并改善其自我护理能力,对患者康复更有帮助,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the feasibility of nursing extension service for patients discharged from cervical cancer operation.Methods Forty patients with cervical cancer who were treated and discharged from our hospital from January 2014 to February 2016 were selected as research objects.According to a random number table,they were evenly divided into control group and observation group,20 cases in each group.The control group was provided routine discharge guidance,while the observation group was additionally supplied nursing extension service on the basis of the control group.The self-care ability and quality of life at admission and six months after discharge in the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups on admission (P〉 0.05).The scores were both increased in the quality of life 6 months after discharge and the improvement of the quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the self-care ability between the two groups on admission.But 6 months after discharge,the scores of the index were significantly improved in both groups,and the improvement in the observation group was more remarkable compared with that in the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Nursing extension service can improve the quality of life in patients after cervical cancer operations and the self-care ability.h is more helpful for patients' rehabilitation and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
