摘要
采用不同的放电电压和不同的内外层工件间隙对体育器材用5052铝合金管件进行了磁脉冲连接试验,并进行了室温拉伸性能和冲击性能的测试与分析。结果表明,随放电电压从6 kV增大至12 kV或内外层工件间隙从0.1mm增大至0.2 mm,接头的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率、冲击吸收功和接头系数均先增大后减小。放电电压优选为9 kV、内外层工件间隙优选为0.15 mm时,接头系数达到106.6%。
5052 A1-Mg alloy pipe samples for sports equipment were joined by electromag- netic pulse joining with different discharge voltages and clearances between inner and outer layers. The tensile properties and impact property were also tested and analyzed. The results show that tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, impact absorption energy and joint co- efficient first increase and then decrease with discharge voltage increasing from 6 kV to 12 kV or clearance between inner and outer layers increasing from 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm. The opti- mized discharge voltage and clearance between inner and outer layers were 9 kV and 0.15 mm, respectively. The maximum joint coefficient value was 106.6%.
