摘要
采用自行研制的一种活性焊剂,用分区活性TIG焊(FZ-TIG焊)方法,对6061铝合金进行了活性焊接,研究其对6061铝合金焊缝成形和组织的影响。结果表明,采用FZ-TIG焊,两侧涂敷单组元活性剂,中间留适当的间隙量,并在间隙内涂敷所研制的复合活性剂,可以使焊缝熔深显著增加,焊缝组织得到明显细化。
6061 aluminum alloy was welded by flux zoned TIG welding (FZ-TIG welding) with an active flux developed by ourselves, to investigate the effect of the welding process on the weld forming and mierostructure of 6061 aluminum alloy. The results show that the weld penetration is dramatically increased and the microstructure is much more refined when 6061 aluminum alloy is welded with FZ-TIG welding, with both sides coated with single element active flux, adequate clearance left in the center, and clearance coated with self-developed composite active flux.
