摘要
应用CFD方法对摇摆状态下的竖直管内降膜吸收流场进行了数值模拟。分析和讨论了不同摇摆周期和摇摆幅度的摇摆状态下液膜传热系数、液膜界面波动幅度的变化规律,以及剧烈摇摆对液膜流动的影响。结果表明:相较于静止状态,摇摆状态下液膜波动更加剧烈。液膜波动的增大会促进气液间的热、质传递,有利于降膜吸收。但是,剧烈的摇摆会使液膜发生分离和脱落,阻碍降膜吸收的进行。
The characteristics of falling film in rolling state were studied. Using CFD technology,the flow field of falling film absorption was simulated. The variation laws of heat transfer coefficient,interface fluctuation and influence of violent rolling on the falling film were analyzed. The simulation results indicated that compared to stationary state,the film fluctuation is more intense under rolling state. The film fluctuate enhances the heat and mass transfer,which is in favor of falling film absorption.However,violent rolling cause separation and shedding of the film,which will seriously hinder with falling film absorption.
