摘要
以1995—2014年高技术产业省级年度数据为样本,结合柯布-道格拉斯生产函数和Hansen提出的门限检验方法,以人均GDP为门槛变量,运用双重门槛模型,对科技型人才聚集度和协同创新产出的非线性关系进行实证分析。研究表明,较高的经济发展水平对协同创新产出的贡献率最大,但并非高技术人才聚集规模越高,对经济的促进作用越明显,它们之间存在一定的非线性关系,并以此提出了相应的政策建议。
This paper, combining C -D production function and threshold test, using double threshold model via per capital GDP, analyses the nonlinear relationship between scientific talent accumulation and collaborative innovation based on the high -tech panel data of China' s province from 1995 to 2014. It shows that the higher economic development level is, the higher collaborative innovation output is, but the lager scales of talent accumulation won' t contribute to more develop- ment of economic necessarily, namely, there is a nonlinear relationship between scientific talent accumulation and collabo- rative innovation. Finally, the paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
