摘要
采用多种色谱方法和现代光谱技术对棱柄马鞍菌Helvella lacunosa子实体的化学成分进行分离纯化,得到11个化合物,并进行了结构鉴定,分别是麦角甾-5,22-二烯-3β-醇(1)、麦角甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、麦角甾醇(3)、麦角甾醇过氧化物(4)、苯甲酸(5)、3,7-二甲基-正辛基3α醇-1-苯甲酸酯(6)、腺嘌呤核苷酸(7)、尿嘧啶(8)、甘露醇(9)、Withaferin A(10)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(11)。所有化合物均为首次从棱柄马鞍菌子实体中分离得到。
Eleven compounds were isolated and purified from the dried fruiting bodies of Helvella lacunosa using a variety of methods of chromatography, and their structures were identified with spectral methods as ergosta-5,22- dien- 313 - ol ( 1 ), estigmasterol- 3 - O- 13 - D- glicopiranosideo ( 2 ), ergosterol ( 3 ), ergosterol peroxide ( 4 ), benzoic acid ( 5 ), 3,7 - Dimethyl- n- octan- 3 tx - ol- 1-yl-benzoate ( 6 ), Adenosine ( 7 ), uracil ( 8 ), D - mannitol ( 9 ), Withaferin A ( 10 ), Dibutyl phthalate ( 11 ). All the compounds are firstly isolated from the mushroom.
