摘要
农业结构调整是推进供给侧结构性改革的根本举措,是去库存、补短板的重要途径,是农业和农村工作的重点和难点。优化结构布局,加快推动特色农业区块化、设施化、高端化发展是农业结构调整的方向。推动特色农业向规模、质量、效益并重转型升级,探索出特色鲜明的现代农业发展新模式,才能有力促进农业提质增效、农民增收致富。
Adjustment of agricultural structure is the fundamental measure to promote the supply-side structural reform, is an important way to reduce inventory and bolster weakness and is an important and difficult task of agricultural and rural work. To optimize the structural layout and to expedite the implementation of characteristic agriculture regional, facilities, high-end oriented development are the direction of adjustment of agricultural structure. To effectively promote quality and efficiency of agriculture and to increase farmers＇ incomes, we need accelerate the implication of characteristic agriculture transformation and upgrading of scale, quality and efficiency and seek a new distinctive mode of modern agriculture.
