摘要
目的研究在鉴别胸腔积液性质过程中使用C反应蛋白(CRP)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)以及瘦素(LP)联合检测的临床意义。方法收集健康体检者45例为对照组,另收集恶性胸腔积液患者31例为观察组1,结核性胸腔积液患者27例为观察组2,所有研究对象均接受CRP、ADA、LP联合检测,观察和对比三组研究对象血清以及胸腔积液中C反应蛋白、腺苷脱氨酶和瘦素的含量。结果观察组2血清中的C反应蛋白、腺苷脱氨酶含量显著高于对照组和观察组1,观察组1血清中的瘦素含量显著高于对照组和观察组2,观察组1血清中的C反应蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组2胸腔积液中的C反应蛋白、腺苷脱氨酶显著高于观察组1,观察组1胸腔积液中瘦素含量显著高于观察组2(P<0.05)。观察组1血清中的腺苷脱氨酶含量与对照组相比,没有统计学差异,观察组2血清中的瘦素含量与对照组相比,没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在胸腔积液性质的鉴别诊断当中,C反应蛋白(CRP)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)以及瘦素(LP)的联合检测具有重要的临床意义和价值,值得推广应用。
Objective To study and analysis in the process of identification of pleura] effusion properties using c-reactive protein(CRP) ,adenosine deaminase(ADA)and the clinical significance of leptin(LP)united detection.Methods To collect physical examination, a total of 45 cases of control group, another collection of 31 patients with malignant pleura] effusion as the observation group 1,27 patients with tuberculous pleural effusion as the observation group 2, all the research object accept CRP, ADA, LP joint detection,observe and compare the three groups c-reactive protein in serum and pleura] effusion, adenosine deaminase and leptin levels.Results Observation group 2 c-reactive protein in the serum,adenosine deaminase content was significantly higher than that of control group and observation group 1, group 1 in the serum leptin levels was significantly higher than that of control group and observation group 2,serum c-reactive protein levels in the observation group 1 was significantly higher than that of control group( P〈0.05) ; C-reactive protein in observation group 2 pleura] effusion, adenosine deaminase significantly higher than that of group 1, group 1 pleura] effusion leptin levels were significantly higher in the observation group 2(P〈0.05 ).Observation group 1 in the serum adenosine deaminase levels compared with control group,no significant differences in the observation group 2 serum leptin levels compared with control group, there was no significant difference(P〉 0.05 ).Conclusion In the differentia] diagnosis of pleura] effu- sion properties, c-reactive protein (CRP), adenosine deaminase (ADA), and leptin (LP)joint detection has important clinical signifi- cance and value, worthy of popularization and application.
