摘要
对均匀设计在冶金实验研究中的应用进行了探讨 ,针对某实验中三个目标值和四个因素的具体情况 ,用均匀设计法进行了实验设计 ,建立了数学模型并进行了分析。结果表明 :和正交设计L(6 ) 4 相比 ,采用U6(6 4 )均匀设计 ,可在较少的实验次数下得到最佳工艺条件 ,并能揭示出变量 (Y)与各因素之间的定性关系。说明了均匀设计作为一种实验研究方法在冶金实验中具有重要的作用。
Research is made on the application of uniform design in metallurgical tests.Based on 3 target data and 4 factors in a test,uniform design is adopted for the test and mechanical models are established for the analysis.The results showed that compared with orthogonal-desgn L(6 4),the adoption of U 6(6 4)uniform design can ensure optimum process data with less tests and the qulitative relationship between the variants is shown,indicating that uniform design is of very importance in the metallargical experiments.
