摘要
结合某海上油气平台安全完整性等级(SIL)分析项目实例,简要介绍了海洋石油领域SIL分析常用的修正风险图表分析法的基本原理、方法和主要步骤。该项目根据修正风险图表法,分析并确定了受保护的设备(EUC),识别了保护EUC的安全仪表系统(SIS),确定出其相应的安全仪表功能(SIF),并对SIF的危害事件进行辨识,然后根据后果分析得出了SIF的SIL等级。结果表明:该项目SIL分析共评估了18个SIF的SIL等级,其中有8个SIF为SIL1,8个SIF为SIL2,2个SIF为SIL3,没有属于SIL4的SIF。
Taking SIL analysis of certain engineering project as an example, basic principles, method and main steps of modified risk chart analysis method are briefly introduced. It is the most commonly used methods to safety integrity level (SIL) analysis in offshore oil field. According to modified risk chart method, equipment under control (EUC) is analyzed and determined. Safety instrumented system (SIS) for protected EUC is identified. Corresponding safety instrumented function (SIF) is determined. Hazard events of SIL is identified. SIL for SIF is concluded according to result analysis. The results show 18 SIL of SIF are evaluated, of which, 8 are SILl, 8 are SIL2, 2 are SIL3, None is SIL4.
