摘要
根据IEC 61511定义的独立保护层模型,说明了合理的报警设置对石油化工装置降低风险至关重要。参考IEC 62682定义的报警系统,给出了报警系统关键性能指标和等级划分标准。根据ANSI-ISA 18.2定义的报警管理生命周期活动,介绍了报警管理的工作流程及其具体内容。探讨性地阐述了先进报警管理系统(AAS)的设计原则和典型网络架构,展望了石油化工装置AAS未来的技术发展趋势。
Base on definition of independent protection layer (IPL) in IEC 61511, it is of great importance for petrochemical plant to set up reasonable alarm to reduce risk. In accordance with alarm system definition in IEC 62682, key performance indicator (KPI) and levels of alarm system are presented. Complying with ANSI- ISA 18. 2 alarm management life cycle activity, alarm management work flow structure and specific content are introduced. The design principle and network architecture of advanced alarm management system (AAS) are expounded in detail. The technical development trend for AAS in petrochemical plant in the future is expected.
