摘要
以传染病监测及监测系统评价的重要性为视角,检索了世界卫生组织、美国和中国的传染病监测系统评价文献,梳理归纳其传染病监测系统评价的研究现况、评价策略、指标及方法。重点介绍中国开展的网络直报系统综合质量评价、传染病漏报及报告质量调查以及单病种诊断准确性的专题调查和评价工作,旨在为传染病监测系统评价工作者提供参考和研究思路。
The literatures about the evaluation on communicable disease surveillance system from WHO,the United States and China were retrieved. The paper summarizes their research status,evaluation strategies,indicators and methods on communicable disease surveillance system,especially on the evaluations on the network detect reporting,underreporting of communicable diseases and the accuracy of single disease diagnosis in China to provide evidence for the future evaluations on communicable disease surveillance system.
