摘要
目的:探讨柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法:选取洛阳市精神卫生中心收治的精神分裂症患者80例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者给予利培酮片,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减。采用简明精神病评定量表(the brief psychiatric rating scale,BPRS)、阳性和阴性症状量表(positive and negative syndrome scale,PANSS)评估疗效,并随访1年观察复发情况。结果:治疗过程中先后有5例患者脱落,观察组脱落3例,对照组脱落2例。治疗8周后,观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者的BPRS、PANSS评分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组患者的BPRS、PANSS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效较好,复发率低。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of Caihujialonggumuli decoction combined with risperidone in treatment of schizophrenia. METHODS： 80 patients with schizophrenia admitted into Louyang Mental Health Center were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with40 cases in each. The control group were treated with Risperidone tablets,while the observation group additionally received Caihujialonggumuli decoction based on the control group. Efficacy was evaluated by the brief psychiatric rating scale（ BPRS） and positive and negative syndrome scale（ PANSS）,the relapse was observed during one year follow-up. RESULTS： There were five people fall off during the process of treatment,with 3 cases in observation group and 2 cases in control group. After treatment of 8 weeks,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment of 8 weeks,the BPRS,PANSS score of two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment,the BPRS,PANSS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of Caihujialonggumuli decoction combined with risperidone in treatment of schizophrenia is remarkable with low incidence of relapse.
