精子DNA损伤与精液常规参数的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨精子DNA损伤与精液常规参数的相关性。方法:对116名到本院生殖科就诊男性不育患者的精液分别做精液常规检查和精子DNA碎片检查,运用染色质扩散试验(sperm chromatin dispersiontest,SCD)检测精子DNA碎片并计算精子DNA碎片指数(DNA fragmentation index,DFI),将DNA碎片指数的结果分为<15%,15%-30%,>30%三组,分析三组DNA碎片指数结果与精液常规参数的相关性。结果:DFI的三个分组在年龄、精子总数、活动精子比例、不动精子比例、正常形态精子比例、头部缺陷、中段缺陷、尾部缺陷精子比例的差异具有显著性。其中,DFI与年龄、不动精子比例、头部缺陷、中段缺陷、尾部缺陷精子比例具有正相关关系(r值分别0.132,0.498,0.323,0.268和0.292),而与精子总数、活动精子比例和正常形态精子比例存在负相关(r值分别为-0.186、-0.318、-0.296)。结论:精子DNA损伤与精液常规参数之间存在低度或中度相关性,精液常规和精子DNA损伤同时检查能更全面的评估男性生育力,精子DNA损伤检测对男性不育的诊断治疗均有重要意义。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between sperm DNA damage and sperm routine parameters. Methods:116patients to our hospital reproductive Department of male infertility semen were routine examination of semen and sperm DNA fragmentation tests, using chromatin diffusion test(sperm chromatin, dispersiontest, SCD) detection of sperm DNA fragmentation and sperm DNA fragmentation index(DNA fragmentation index, DFI), DNA fragmentation index were divided into 〈 15% 〉 30, 15-30%, three groups, three groups of DNA fragmentation index correlation analysis results and semen parameters. Results:DFI of the three groups in the age, the total number of sperm, sperm proportion, the proportion of sperm, the normal form of sperm ratio, head defect, the difference in the middle of the defect, the tail defect sperm percentage is significant. Among them, DFI and age, no moving sperm ratio, head defect, defect, defect of middle tail sperm ratio had a positive correlation(r= 0.132, 0.498, 0.323, 0.268 and 0.292) and negatively correlated with the total number of sperm sperm activity ratio and the percentage of normal sperm morphology(r=-0.186,-0.318,-0.296). Conclusion:There is a low or moderate correlation between the results of sperm DNA damage and semen parameters, semen and sperm DNAdamage can also check a more comprehensive evaluation of male fertility and sperm DNA damage detection has important significance in diagnosis and treatment of male infertility.
