摘要
食品机械的发展决定了食品行业的兴衰,搅拌作为食品加工工艺过程中不可或缺的一种单元操作,极大地影响着食品的品质。对食品搅拌混合机工作原理和种类进行研究,包括固定容器式混合机、容器回转型混合机和拌料用搅拌机;对全自动食品送料系统的开发进行研究,包括运输系统、主料进料装置和辅料进料装置,同时提出一种液压驱动的双摆杆结构,并利用Matlab软件得出其运动规律。
The development of food machinery determines the rise and fall of the food industry. Stir as an essential part of food processing technology,which greatly affects the quality of the food. The working principle of the food machine mixing was studied,including fixed container type mixer,the mixer and mix the material in the blender container back to transformation. The development of automatic food feeding system was studied,including transport system,main ingredient feeding device and material feeding device. A double pendulum rod structure of hydraulic drive was proposed and the Matlab software had been used for studing its motion patterns.
