摘要
在强噪声背景下的轴承故障特征信号提取,是轴承故障诊断研究中的重要内容。首先通过EMD方法对信号从高频到低频进行滤波处理,选取最大谱峭度IMF分量进行信号重构,使用匹配追踪对重构信号进行脉冲提取,设置软阈值筛选对原子进行自适应选择,与其他方法相比,更有效地提取出了故障冲击成分。
Extraction of bearing fauh feature signals under strong noise background is an important part in the research of bearing fault diagnosis. Firstly, the signal is filtered from high frequency to low frequency by EMD method. Select the IMF of the maximum spectral kurtosis to reconstruct signal, and use the matching pursuit to extract impulse of reconstruction sig- nal. Comparing with other method, this method could extract the fault impact constituent more effectively.
