摘要
李克强总理提出的"培育精益求精的工匠精神"为我国高职院校人才培养指明了新的方向。培育"工匠精神"对"中国制造2025"、高职院校内涵发展、高职学生成长成才具有重要意义。我国"工匠精神"历史悠久,但也曾一度出现理解上的偏颇。当前,我国需立足自身,借鉴日本"职人文化"和德国"工作伦理观",将其与专业教学、实训课程、校园文化、校企合作相结合,着重在各行各业培育"人无我有、人有我优"的理念精神和"德才兼备、技术技能兼备"的高素质人才。
In 2016, Premier Li Keqiang put forward the spirit of "improving the spirit of craftsman", which pointed out a new direction for personnel training in higher vocational colleges. Cultivating "artisan spirit" is of great significance to the following three aspects: how to implement Chinese manufacturing plan before 2025, how to improve the connotation development of higher vocational colleges, and how to help vocational students achieve their growth and success. With the development of times, there was some understanding bias about the long history of traditional Chinese artisan spirit. Nowadays, we should focus on two options. Firstly, we should stand on our own merits and make the best use of our traditional culture and reality. Secondly, we could com- bine with the professional teaching and training courses, campus culture, and school enterprise cooperation, focusing on cultivating high-quality talents in all walks of life, according to the Japanese "service culture" and the German "work ethics". With such new ideas just like "having what others don't have and being better than what others have" and "having both ability and political integrity and skills", we must be able to achieve a lot of remarkable results in higher vocational colleges.
