摘要
植物精油是芳香植物的高度浓缩提取物,取自于草本植物的花、苞、叶、枝、根、树皮、果实、种子和树脂等。最初主要用于制作香料,随着研究的深入发现植物精油具有高效、广谱的抗菌活性,在饲料中添加能部分代替抗生素并能提高动物的生产性能。文章从植物精油的来源、提取方法、作用及植物精油在动物生产中的应用作以综述。
Plant essential oil is a highly concentrated extract of aromatic plants, from herbaceous flowers, bracts,leaves, branches, roots, bark, fruits, seeds and resins, etc. At first, it was mainly used to make spice. With the deeply researching, it was found that plant essential oil had high efficiency and broad spectrum antibacterial activity. This paper reviewed the sources, extraction methods, functions and the application of plant essential oils in animal production.
