摘要
薄膜外部成型设备由自动换膜机构、模腔机构和加热机构等组成,基于薄膜外部成型工艺流程设计了其模腔机构,模腔机构的主要作用是将薄膜和装饰物品固定并且密封在模腔内,然后加热机构对薄膜进行加热,采用抽真空设备对上、下模腔进行抽真空,最后采用加压设备对上模腔进行加压,其主要由上下模腔、上下压边框、导向柱、缓冲装置和承重板组成。采用ADAMS软件对模腔机构进行运动学分析,分析结果表明其ADAMS中的机械模型与设计要求的顺序动作一致。
The film external molding equipment was composed of film changing mechanism, cavity mechanism and heating mechanism, and the cavity mechanism was designed based on technological process of film external molding. Its main function was to fix and seal film and decorative items within the cavity, the film was heated by heating mechanism, the upper and lower cavities were vacuumized by vacuum pumping equipment, the upper cavity was added with high pressure by pressure equipment. The cavity mechanism was mainly composed of upper and lower cavity, upper and lower border, guide pillar, buffer device and bearing plate. The structure of cavity mechanism was dynamic simulated analysis by adopting Adams software, the analysis results show that the mechanical model of ADAMS is consistent with the order of the design requirements.
