摘要
为提高高速压电板形仪的在线检测精度及可靠性,研究张力分布方式、速度制度及载荷特性等对板形检测信号的影响,研制了一套高速压电板形仪工业化综合测试平台(简称"ICP-ITS")。该平台可实现板形仪的精确动态标定和误差测试分析,保证了板形信号的准确性。在此基础上,采用带钢驱动和轴向移动式压轮张力调节机构,模拟板形检测工业现场,实现了不同浪形的物理模拟和板形信号检测。试验结果表明,该平台能提高板形仪的检测精度,缩短板形仪的标定上线周期,对促进板形仪的工业化应用具有重要的现实意义。
In order to improve the online detection precision and the reliability of high speed piezoelectric shape measur- ing roll, a set of industrialized integrated test platform of high speed Piezoelectric Shape Measuring Roll ("ICP-ITS" for short) was developed to analyze the effect of tension distribution, velocity schedule, load character and other factors on the shape detection signal. For ensuring the accuracy of flatness detection signal, the accurate dynamic calibration and the error measurement were first realized in the platform. On this basis, the platform adopts the strip driving structure and the axially moving press wheel mechanism to simulatc the shape of the industrial rolling sheet, which can achieve the simulation of different wave shape and the detection of the shape of the plate. The experimental results indicate that the platform can improve the detection precision, shorten the calibration cycle and have an important practical signifi- cancc to promote industrial application of the shape meter.
