仁术健脾理气颗粒对阿托品致胃肠动力障碍大鼠胃肠运动的影响 被引量:6

The influence of Renzhu jianpi liqi grain on gastrointestinal dysfunction in gastrointestinal movement obstacle of atropine rats

摘要 [目的]观察仁术健脾理气颗粒对阿托品致胃肠动力障碍大鼠胃肠运动的影响。[方法]SD大鼠72只,随机分为正常组、模型组、仁术健脾理气颗粒高、中、低剂量组、吗丁啉组,每组各12只。各组大鼠予生理盐水或相应剂量药物10 m L/kg灌胃,持续5 d。末次给药20 min后正常组大鼠予腹腔注射生理盐水,其余各组均予腹腔注射硫酸阿托品注射液(2 mg/kg),20 min后以半固体营养糊灌胃法检测各组大鼠胃残留率和小肠推进率。[结果]与模型组相比,仁术健脾理气颗粒各剂量组和吗丁啉组胃残留率均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),小肠推进率显著升高(P<0.01)。[结论]仁术健脾理气颗粒可改善胃肠动力障碍大鼠胃肠运动功能。 [Objective] To observe the influence of Renzhu Jianpi Liqi grain on gastrointestinal dysfunction in gastrointestinal movement obstacle of atropine rat. [Methods] The 72 SD rats in half male and half female were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Renzhu Jianpi Liqi grain in high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group and Domperidone group, each group of 12. The drug treatment group rats lavaged with corresponding dose, normal group and model group rats lavaged with physiological saline, 1 mL/100 g. Every group lasted for 5 days. Normal group rats were intraperitoneal injection of saline after 20 minutes in the last lavage, and other groups were intraperitoneal injection atropine sulfate injection (2 mg/kg), after 20 minutes detected each group rats’ gastric residual rate and small intestine propulsion rate by semisolid nutrient paste lavage method. [Results] Compared with the model group rats, the gastric residual rate of renzhu Jianpi Liqi grain high, middle, low dose group and Domperidone group were significantly lower (P〈0.01, P〈0.05), small intestine propulsion rate increased significantly(P〈0.01). [Conclusion] Renzhu Jianpi Liqi grain can improve the gastrointestinal dysfunction in rats gastrointestinal motor function.
