More than 30 years, in the face of throughput requirements continuing to grow, China's coastal ports, adaptability capacity has achieved the shift from the 'bottleneck constraints', basic adaptation and appropriate advance to adapt to the economic and trade development for the needs of the ports through continuous construction. As the adaptability of port throughput capability touches the bottom line in advance, new changes will take place in port competition. Government and enterprises should actively respond to avoid three kinds of bad trends.
