摘要
中医养生学是一门古老而又年轻的学科,受其形成过程中特定历史条件的限制,尚未尽善尽美,如何运用现代科学技术成果,使其更加完整、更加科学化,尚需作深入的探讨。此外,还有很多散在民间的养生经验方法和措施,有待进一步收集、整理和提高。要让包括中医养生学在内的中医药事业薪尽火传,我们不仅要继承先人养生的宝贵遗产,更应与时俱进,综合运用现代科学方法和手段,进一步充实、丰富、发展、完善中医养生学。具体应做到以下三方面:一是系统发掘、整理、研究、总结、提高传统养生理论和方法;二是对现存的养生方法进行甄别分类,对其有效的方法进行分析研究,并探究其实质;三是结合当今医学倾向,以个体化养生为切入点,探索确立适用于不同群体及个体化的养生保健体系,并初步确定相应的评价测量体系,以不断推动中医养生学向科学化,可持续化良性发展,首当其冲的是科学全面地认识中医养生学的内涵。
Traditional Chinese Medicine Health is an ancient and young subject ,restricted by particular historical conditions in the process of its formation, has not yet been perfect. How to apply modern scientific and technological achievements, to make it more complete, more scientific, still need to be further discussed. In addition, there are a lot of experience methods and measures of preserving one＇s health, remaining to be further collecting, sorting and improving[6]. We should not only inherit ancestors＇ pre- cious heritage of preserving one＇s health, but also keep pace with the times, the integrated use of modern scientific methods and means to further enrich and rich the development and improve the health preserving of TCM. We should do the following three as- pects：one is systematically profile, research, summarize and improve the traditional health theory and method;second is to identify classification of existing health preservation methods to analyze the effective way and explore its essence;three is combining with today medical tendency to individualized regimen as the breakthrough point to explore to establish suitable for different groups and individualized health care system and determine the corresponding evaluation measurement system in order to make scientific, sus- tainable and healthy development and comprehensive understanding of the connotation of health preserving of TCM.
