摘要 为了克服现有配电网规划技术在配电信息管理系统之间缺乏关联、数据挖掘不足、数据人工处理效率低等问题,设计了基于多源数据的配电网规划优化与辅助决策的系统结构、功能模块与处理流程。通过对配电网运行的现状分析找到现有配电网网架的薄弱环节,在配变负荷预测与配电网网架现状的基础上,可设计多个配电网规划方案,并快速计算出不同配电网规划方案的单项评估指标与综合评估指标,最后选出指标最优的规划设计方案。 In order to overcome problems of current power distribution network planning technologies such as lack of rele- vance among power distribution information management systems, insufficient data mining, low efficiency in data process- ing, and so on, system structure, function modules and processing flow of the power distribution network planning optimiza- tion and auxiliary decision system based on multi-source data were designed. By analyzing status quo of power distribution network operation, weak links of current power distribution network structures were found. On the basis of distribution transform load forecast and status quo of network structures, it was able to design multiple planning schemes and rapidly work out individual evaluation indexes and comprehensive evaluation indexes for different planning schemes. Finally, an op- timal planning design scheme was selected for providing decision-making reference for technical staffs.
