摘要
将1%转炉钢渣配入吕家坨焦煤中制备焦炭,采用自制的粒焦反应性装置研究了900~1 200℃下所得焦炭的溶损反应过程。结果表明,在碳素溶损率<30%时,焦炭的溶损速率基本保持恒定;而在碳素溶损率>30%时,溶损速率则逐渐减小。钢渣的配入增加了焦炭的溶损反应速率,而且溶损温度越高,焦炭溶损速率增幅越大。用随机孔模型描述了焦炭的溶损反应动力学过程,求得焦炭和添加1%钢渣后焦炭的溶损反应的表观活化能分别为133.76 k J/mol和121.51 k J/mol。
With 1% of steel slag added in coal blending to make coke,the solution loss reaction of the coke got under temperature of 900 to 1 200 ℃ is researched with self-made coke particle reactivity device.It is showed from the research that when carbon solution loss smaller than 30%,the solution loss rate of coke is basically kept constant; whereas the former larger than 30%,the latter gradually reduced; adding steel slag increases the coke solution loss reaction rate and the higher the temperature,the larger the coke solution reaction rate increase.The coke solution loss reaction dynamics procedure is stated with random pore model,the apparent activation energy of solution loss reaction of coke or that coke added with 1% of steel slag in coal blending is got separately as 133.76 and 121.51 k J/mol.
