摘要
以某2×150 MW机组为例,研究了将湿冷机组改造为空冷机组的冷端主要参数配置,通过对直接空冷、自然通风间接空冷、机械通风间接空冷系统改造方案进行技术经济分析,可知3种方案均可行,年节水均约358×104m3,其中直接空冷改造方案占地最小,为200m2,年费用最低,为1 688.50×104元,在改造中要结合具体工程实际情况选择最佳方案。
Taking a 2×150 MW unit as an example,studied the main parameters configuration of cooling system changing wet to dry.The technical and economic analysis of air cooled condenser system,natural draught indirect dry cooling system and mechanical ventilation indirect dry cooling system shows that the schemes are all available and about 358×104 m3 water quantity can be saved.Air cooled condenser system reconstruction scheme needs the minimum area which is 200m2 and the lowest annual cost which is 1 688.50×104.We should combine the actual project and select the best scheme.
