风电机组塔筒内大功率风冷变流器的散热研究 被引量:8

Research on Heat Dissipation of High-power Air-cooled Converter in Wind Turbine Tower

摘要 为了明确风电机组用大功率风冷变流器所安装的封闭空间(塔筒)的通风散热能力是否满足变流器的外部散热需求,文章将塔筒假设成一个大的圆管换热器,采用管内受迫流动、管外外掠圆管对流换热形式对塔筒进行换热能力计算,并利用CFD软件对塔筒内气流组织进行仿真分析,对不同型号的轴流风机进行了选型确认。通过跟踪现场运行数据,校核了该设计准确性,为风冷型变流器的二次通风换热设计提供了理论依据。 In order to define whether the enclosed space where high power air-cooled converter of wind turbine is installed,namely ventilation cooling tower drum has ability to meet the external cooling requirement of current transformer,it assumed the tower drum as a big pipe heat exchanger,calculated the heat transfer convection ability of tower drum by using the forced flow within tube and the heat transfer convection of outer swept circular tube,carried out the simulation analysis of airflow in the tower cylinder by using CFD software,and confirmed the type selection for different types of axial flow fan.By tracking the wind field operation data and checking the accuracy of the design,theoretical basis for design of two ventilation heat exchanger of air-cooled converter is provided.
