摘要
为了改善矿山安全管理现状,根据黄金矿山安全生产管理需求,以本质安全和主动安全为根本出发点,对传统的矿山安全管理模式加以梳理、优化和重构,构建出包括安全生产知识、安全生产培训、安全生产保障、现场安全生产、安全生产评价分析与决策支持在内的基于PDCA模式的矿山安全生产5大体系,形成功能上相互独立、流程上相互衔接、信息上相互反馈的安全生产管理方案。该管理体系已成功应用于某黄金矿山,为矿山的安全高效生产提供基础保障,并为其安全管理决策提供科学依据。
In order to improve the safety management of mine, to satisfy the requirement of gold mines safety product ion, the paper analyzed the conventional management pattern of mine safety production, which was later arranged, optimized and recon-structed based on the intrinsic safety and active safety. Five mine safety production systems based on PDCA were established, in-cluding safety production knowledge, training, guarantee, work safety in si te, evaluation analysis and decision support. The sys-tems formed a safety production management method which was functionally independent, connected in process and informational-ly feedback mutual ly. The systems have been applied to a certain gold mine successfully and provided the mine safeguard for its efficient production and scientific basis for mine safety production and management decision.
