摘要
溪洛渡水电站3F机组推力轴承采用弹性金属塑料推力瓦,其能否安全、稳定工作直接关系水电站的安全运行。介绍了溪洛渡水电站机组钨金瓦推力轴承的结构及3F机组改用塑料瓦后,结构及相关部件的变化,对弹性金属塑料推力瓦在试运行期间出现的问题及其相应的解决方法进行了总结,实践证明该塑料推力瓦能够满足溪洛渡左岸3F机组安全稳定运行的需求。
The elastic metal thrust bearing with plastic-layer is adopted in the No. 3F generator unit in Xiluodu Hydropower Station. The structures of the original babbit metal thrust bearing and the renovated plastic thrust bearing and corresponding changes of the relevant parts are introduced. Problems encountered in the commissioning of the elastic metal thrust bearing with plastic-layer and corresponding treatment measures are summarized. Practice shows that the elastic metal thrust bearing with plastic-layer could be operated safely and stably.
