From Information Literacy Competency Standards to Information Literacy Framework——Discussing how to Implement Information Literacy Education for Institutions of Higher Learning in China

摘要 ACRL的《高等教育信息素养能力标准》和《高等教育信息素养框架》分别于2000年和2015年在ALA网站上发布。本文主要根据国内外有关标准阐述信息素养教育中的信息素养能力标准和信息素养框架等问题,同时也对我国高校图书馆如何实施信息素养教育作些思考。 ACRL Information Literacy Competency Standards for Higher Education and Information Literacy Framework for Higher Education were published on the ALA website in 2000 and 2015 respectively. Based on the domestic and international standards, the article expounds the competency standards and framework for information literacy education, and discusses the implementation of information literacy education for institutions of higher learning in China.
