摘要
中国传统文化是经过数千年文明传承演化而最终沉淀下来汇集形成的对中华民族风貌和特质具有本民族特色的文化,是民族历史发展过程中所形成的公众认可的意识形态表征。作为大学生思想上的旗手、品行上的典范、学习上的导师、生活上的益友的高职辅导员要积极认真地学习优秀的传统文化,特别是儒家文化的当代价值,认真开发利用优秀的传统文化,认真分析辅导员队伍建设现状,充分认识辅导员队伍建设中开展优秀传统文化教育的重要意义,积极探索辅导员队伍建设中加强优秀传统文化教育的路径,为高职辅导员队伍建设做出应有的贡献。
Traditional Chinese culture is a culture of national characteristics which was distilled and developed through thousands of years of inheritance and evolution of Chinese civilization, it is the ideological representation of public recognition shaped in the process of our historical development. As the ideological guide, ethical mod-el ,friend and mentor in both life and learning ; counsellors in the vocational college should actively and ear-nestly study the excellent traditional culture, especially the contemporary value reflected in Confucian culture, explore and make use of the, make analysis on the status quo of team construction for counsellors, be aware of the significance of implementing traditional cultural education, explore the paths of strengthening traditional cul-tural education, and therefore, make our due contribution to the team construction of vocational college counsel-lors.
