摘要
为了使锑矿石中的金元素和锇元素同时富集,实现金元素和锇元素同时测定。本实验采用锑试金法对锑矿石进行熔解、王水溶解锑金属颗粒、硝酸定容溶液的前期处理方法;然后用原子吸收光谱仪进行金元素测定、电感耦合等离子体质谱仪进行锇元素测定。测试结果表明:准确度、双差和相对标准偏差均符合地质矿产实验室质量测试规范要求。该方法样品预处理时间明显减少,操作简单,降低了偶然误差对样品测试的影响。
To enrich gold and osmium elements in testing samples of antimony ore and measure thetwo elements synchronically,antimony fire assaying was applied to dissolve antimony ore and aquaregia was used to dissolve antimony particles,and nitric acid constant volume was adopted in pretreatment. The Atomic Absorption Spectrometer was used to determine the gold element and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry to determine osmium. The accuracy,the relative difference between measured value and reference value,and the relative standard deviation meet laboratory testing standard requirement of geology and mineral resources. This new method has advantages ofless time consuming and easy operation during pretreatment. It also reduces impact of random erroron measurements.
