摘要
在工程项目质量和费用要求越来越高的今天,建设单位对工程项目造价的全过程控制和管理就显得尤为重要,这就要求建设单位积极而有效地进行工程预算,以及在项目施工过程中严格控制费用开支,对于建设单位和业主都有着实际的经济效益和质量保证。因此,建设单位通过对工程项目造价进行高效的管理,以达到保证质量的前提下控制成本,从而增加收益的目的。论文通过介绍工程建设管理的特点和特殊性,提出在工程项目建设各阶段工程造价控制和管理的方法及意义。
Project quality and cost is more and more high, the construction unit controlling and managing on the whole process of project cost is particularly important, which requires the construction unit has a actively and effectively project budget, and strictly control of the cost in project construction process, it has significant economic effect and quality assurance for the construction units and the owners.Therefore, the construction unit through the project cost effective management, in order to achieve the premise of ensuring the quality of control costs, thereby increasing the purpose of revenue.This paper introduces the characters and particularity of engineering construction management, puts forward the controlling and managing methods and meaning of engineering construction cost in each phase of construction.
