摘要
目前,工程项目的盈利难度逐渐加大,和国内建筑市场越来越激烈的竞争有着很大的关系,要想保持工程项目盈利,就必须注重细节管理。尽管我国的建筑行业企业管理随着时间的发展,取得了一定的进步,但是其中仍然存在一些问题,而提升建筑企业施工质量和取得较好的经济效益的强有力保障,就是加强精细化管理。论文针对工程项目精细化管理理念在施工管理全过程中的应用进行探究。
