摘要
《伤寒杂病论》继承和发展《黄帝内经》医学理论主体思想,学术上即使有取于《难经》,但其所取之内容当不与《黄帝内经》主体思想、理论相抵触,《难经》的三焦与《黄帝内经》的三焦概念、本质是完全不同的,其对于三焦的认识应当主要继承《黄帝内经》观点及论述,以求统一。《伤寒杂病论》对于三焦认识更多宗《黄帝内经》之论,张仲景继承《黄帝内经》以胃为五脏六腑之本,水谷气血之海,极其重视胃气的思想,临证非常重视顾护胃气与津液,调和营卫之气,并继承《黄帝内经》所提出的三焦为六腑之一,为传化之府,与脾胃大小肠膀胱共为仓禀之本,分上焦、中焦、下焦三部,三焦主出气,营出中焦,卫出下焦,三焦敷布津液,为中渎之腑,有决渎之职的功能等观点,在谈及三焦时总离不开胃气,营卫之气,水谷津液,宗气等,其功能亦以三焦出气,主决渎之职为主。
Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous diseases inherits and develop the main idea of medical theory of Huangdi＇ s Internal Cannon. Academically it has similar contents with Classics of Difficulties, but these contents are not inconsistent with the main idea of Haangdi＇s Internal Cannon. The concept aml nature of the triple energizer in Classics of Difficulties is same with these in Haangdi＇s Internal Cannon. The understanding of triple energizer should inherit from the idea and description of Huangdi＇s In- ternal Cannon. The understanding and application of triple energizer in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous are mostly based on that in Huangdi＇s Internal Cannon. According to Huangdi＇s Internal Cannon, the stomach is the root of five zang-organs and six fu-organs and the seas of food essence, qi and blood and Zhang Zhongjing pays a lot attention to the protect stomach qi and body fluid, regulate nutrient qi and deinsive qi, inherit the theory proposed in Huangdi＇s Internal Cannon that triple energizer is one of the six fu-organs and is the transformation organ. Combined with the spleen, stomach,large and small intestines and blad- der,triple energizer is ＇also part of the storehouse and includes upper energizer,middle energizer and lower energizer. Triple ener- gizer dominates distribution of qi. Nutrient qi is from the middle energizer, defensive qi is from the lower energizer. Triple energizer distributes body fluid and is the organ of water communication with the function of governing water metabolism. Triple energizer is always related to stomach qi, nutrient and defensive qi, food essence and body fluid, pectoral qi, which is mainly in charge of dis- tributing qi and water communication.
