摘要
《伤寒论》对"水气病"的治疗分散六经病各条文中,其治疗方法看似言简,实则甚为详备,如解表蠲饮法、温阳(心阳、脾阳、肾阳)利水法、温胃利水法、育阴利水法、化气解表利水法、辛热逐水法、和胃消痞法、调畅气机法、攻逐水饮法、温阳止利法等。"发汗,利小便""攻逐水饮""以温药和之"是张仲景祛除水邪的常用之法,现在临床应用亦屡屡显效。《伤寒论》治水法则、经方在临床肾病治疗中行之有效,应学习仲景治水思想的精髓,并结合现代临床、实验、药理研究,不断加深对经方的学习及研究,拓展经方的应用范围,更好的指导临床。
The treatment of water qi disease in Treatise on Cold Damage distributes in the articles on six meridians, which seemsconcise but is very detailed. The method of relieving the exterior and eliminating retention, warming yaug （heart yang, spleenyang, kidney yang） and promoting diuresis,warming stomach and promoting diuresis, nourishing yin and promoting diuresis,trans-forming qi and relieving the exterior and promoting diuresis, dispelling water with pungent and warm herbs, harmonizing stomachand relieving upset,regulating qi movement,purging water and fluid retention, warming yang and relieving water retention. ＂ induc-ting sweating and promote diuresis＂,＂ promote diuresis＂,＂ purging water retention＂,＂ harmonizing with warm herbs＂ are the mostcommonly used methods of Zhang Zhongjing to dispel water pathogen. These methods are of excellent effects in current clinicalpractice. The principles and classic＇,d prescriptions in Treatise on Cold damage are very effective in the clinical treatment of kidneydisease. The physicians should learn the essence of Zimngjing＇s idea of water regulation and combine with modern clinical and ex-perimental and pharmacological researches to constantly deepen the study and research of the classical prescriptions, expand theapplication of classical prescriptions and better guide the clinical praetice.
