摘要
规划环境影响跟踪评价是对规划已经和正在造成的环境影响进行监测、分析和评价的过程,是应对规划不确定性的有效手段之一。目前针对国家级自然保护区生态旅游规划环境影响跟踪评价的研究还很少见。本研究以四川唐家河国家级自然保护区生态旅游规划为例,从环境保护和保护区可持续发展的角度,就生态旅游规划环境影响跟踪评价的目的、技术路线、评价内容及环境影响跟踪评价对保护区发展的作用等方面进行研究和探讨。
The assessment of influences of planning on environments is a process of monitoring, analysis and evaluation of the environmental impact. It is one of the effective methods to cope with uncertainty planning. The research on environmental impact assessment of ecotourism planning is still very rare at present. In this study, taking the ecotourism planning of Tangjiahe National Nature Reserve in Sichuan Province for example, the research and discussion are conducted on the purpose of tracking environmental impact assessment of ecological tourism planning, technical route, evaluation content and tracking environ- mental impact assessment of protected areas for the future sustainable development.
