摘要
基于深水井生产套管与油管环空可泄压的事实,根据能量守恒定律及传热学基本原理,采取在生产套管外壁敷设太空反射隔热涂层的方式圈闭生产套管内部温度,减少温度扩散,减弱生产过程中的热增压效应,结合套管校核分析,优化套管选择及优选套管环空圈闭深度,最终形成完整的环空压力管理新工艺。
Base on the pressure released annular between the production casing and the tubing in deep well,this article takes account of capping the temperature with the method of caking the production casing outer wall with the space reflection heat insulation coat to reduce the temperature diffusion and weaken the pressure increasing process,according to the law of conservation of energy and wellbore heat transfer analysis. Combined with casing checking analysis,it optimizes the selection of annular tubes and its the trap depth to form a completely new annulus pressure buildup technology eventually.
