摘要
文化产业被称为二十一世纪的"朝阳产业"。紫阳县地处西部经济落后地区,拥有发展文化产业的比较优势,近年来文化产业发展也取得了明显成绩,但同时也存在着产业结构不合理、文化消费水平总体偏低、人才相对缺乏等问题。对此,应通过着力推进文化体制改革,完善城市配套设施,做好文化旅游资源整合,培育文化消费市场,发展生态旅游业,加强文化产业专业人才建设等措施,以打造独具紫阳特色的文化产业品牌。
Culture industry is known as the ＂sunrise industry＂ of the 21st century. Ziyang, which is located in the economically back- ward western region, has a comparative advantage in developing cuhural industry and have also made obvious achievements in cultural industry development in recent years. But also there are many problems, like irrational industrial structure, overall low level of consumption culture, lack of talents and so on. So we can solve these problems through promoting the reform of cultural system, perfecting the urban facilities, improving cultural tourism resources integration, cultivating cultural consumer market, developing ecological tourism, to strengthening the construction of cultural industry professionals and so on.To create unique characteristics of the Ziyang cultural industry brand.
