摘要 目的:利用中医传承辅助平台系统软件,分析中国期刊全文数据库中有关中医药治疗膀胱癌的组方用药规律。方法:筛选中国期刊全文数据库中有关中医药治疗膀胱癌的验案并建立数据库,方剂逐一录入中医传承辅助平台,采用软件集成的数据分析方法,分析用药特点规律。结果:筛选出膀胱癌验案51例,涉及中药204味,用药频次统计结果表明,中医治疗膀胱癌最常用的药物有半枝莲、薏苡仁、白花蛇舌草、茯苓、白术、生地黄等。药物剂量分析表明,半枝莲的用量主要集中在15 g、30 g,薏苡仁常用剂量为30 g,白花蛇舌草的常用剂量为30 g,茯苓的剂量常在15 g以上,白术的常用量为15 g,生地黄的常用量为12 g、15 g。药物归经主要为肝、肺、脾、心、胃、肾经,且膀胱癌用药寒凉性药物过半,以甘、苦、辛味为主。处方规律分析发现,药物组合出现的顺序前5位分别为"黄柏、薏苡仁""白术、茯苓""生地黄、半枝莲""白花蛇舌草、半枝莲""薏苡仁、半枝莲",经过进一步提炼,衍生出新方11首。结论:膀胱癌发病表现可能与肝、肺、脾、心、胃、肾等主要脏腑功能失常或虚损相关,膀胱癌病邪热化倾向明显,治法主要为清解热毒、利水祛湿、破血祛瘀和补益脾肾气阴等。 Objective : To analyze the rule of drug use of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of Bladder Cancer by using the system software of the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine transmission. Methods : The Full-text periodical database of Chinese medicine treatment of Bladder Cancer was screened and a new related database was set up. All the prescriptions were en- tered into the traditional Chinese medicine transmission auxiliary platform, and the data analysis method of integrated software was used to analyze the characteristics of drug use. Results : Fifty-one cases of Bladder Cancer treatments were screened out, in which 204 Chinese herbal medicines were used. The analysis on frequency of drug use showed that the most commonly used drugs of Chi- nese medicine were Scutellaria barbata, Coix seed, Hedyotis diffusa, Poria cocos and Rhizoma Atractylodis. Drug dose analysis showed that the commonly used amount of Scutellaria was mainly between 15 g and 30 g,that of Coix seed was 30 g ,that of Hedyo- tis diffusa was 30 g,that of Poria dose was 15 g or more ,that of Atractylodes was 15 g and that Rehmanniae was 12 g and 15 g. The usual cases of medicinal herbs' meridian tropism were Liver, Lung, Spleen, Heart, Stomach and Kidney. Most of the drugs used in treatment of Bladder Cancer were sweet, bitter or pungent in taste and half of them were cold or cool in nature. Prescription analysis showed that the top 5 drug combinations were " Cork and Yiyiren" ," Atractylodes and Poria," Rehmannia and Scutellaria barba- ta," Hedyotis diffusa Scutellaria barbata", and "Coix Seed and Scutellaria barbata". After further analysis on the data, 11 new pre- scriptions were derived. Conclusion:The incidence of Bladder Cancer may be related to the dysfunction or deficiency of Liver, Lung, Spleen, Heart, Stomach, Kidney and other organs. Bladder cancer has an obvious characteristics of Heat Evil, hence the main treatment method should be Heat clearing, detoxification, dispelling Dampness, dispersing Blood stasis and replenishing Spleen and Kidney Qi and Yin.
