摘要
以廉价无污染的FeCl_3/H_2O_2作为化苄基叠氮转化为苯甲醛的氧化体系,考察了氧化剂种类、氧化剂用量以及底物种类等因素对费用的影响。实验结果表明,采用H_2O_2做氧化剂,FeCl_3 10mol%,n(叠氮)∶n(H_2O_2)=1∶2,在回流的条件下,苯甲醛的产率可以达到93%,不同种类的苄基叠氮都具有很好的相容性。该方法绿色、无污染,反应条件温和,价格低廉,为苯甲醛的合成提供了新的思路。
The oxidation of benzylic azides to aldehyde using the inexpensive and environmentally more benign iron( Ⅲ) choloride as catalyst with H_2O_2 as oxidant had good reation tlerant. The method offered several advantages including high yields and a simple experimental workup procedure,which made it a useful process for the synthesis of aldehyde.
