摘要
高速铁路在轨枕端部产生的八字形裂缝,是现阶段我国西北地区道床板裂缝的主要形式。本文结合现场调研结果,采用数值分析和试验研究的方法,对无砟轨道轨枕端部八字形裂缝的开展机理和控制措施进行了研究。研究结果表明:在方形轨枕和圆端形轨枕中,道床板混凝土在凝结硬化阶段由于收缩造成的应力分布是不同的,方形轨枕的角部产生的应力集中是造成道床板开裂的主要原因,而圆端形轨枕则可有效地消除这一应力集中,从而控制轨枕端部八字形裂缝的产生。
There are splayed cracks produced at the end of sleeper in high speed railway,which are major forms of ballastless track slab cracks in northwest region of China at present.By combining with the results of field investigation and using the method of numerical analysis and experimental research,the development mechanism and control measures of splayed crack at the end of sleeper in ballastless track were studied.The research results show that stress distribution of ballastless track slab concrete caused by shrinkage is different for the square sleeper and round-ended sleeper in the condensation and hardening stage,the stress concentration produced at the corner of the square sleeper is the main cause of ballastless track slab cracking,and round-ended sleeper can effectively eliminate the stress concentration,which could control the appearance of splayed cracks at the end of sleeper.
