摘要
采用改性醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液(VAE)和多孔竹炭制备出一种抗甲醛内墙乳胶漆,通过化学反应法和物理吸附相结合,可以有效去除室内甲醛污染。应用红外光谱法初步探究了抗甲醛乳胶漆去除甲醛的反应机理,并考察了VAE加量对乳胶漆净化甲醛效率的影响。结果表明:制备的基于VAE乳液的抗甲醛内墙乳胶漆与市售样品相比,在甲醛净化效率和持久性方面具有更大的优势。
A kind of effective anti-formaldehyde interior wall latex paint was prepared from the modified vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion (VAE) and bamboo charcoal having micropore structure. It was combined with chemical reaction and physical adsorption, which could reduce indoor formaldehyde content efficiently. The FT-IR spectrum was used to characterize the reaction mechanism of anti-formaldehyde latex paint. The effect of VAE con- tent on the formaldehyde-eliminating efficiency of the interior wall latex paint was investigated. The results showed that the prepared latex paint was better than other commercialized paints of its kind in terms of formaldehyde-eliminating efficiency and durability.
