摘要
新疆加工番茄种植生产已实现规模化、产业化,但番茄采后损耗较严重。该研究对新疆加工番茄采后损耗问题进行调查分析,得出除国际行情波动影响外,一方面是种植品种单一使得番茄集中成熟,导致过剩番茄采后损耗严重;另一方面是番茄生产过程缺乏有效的组织管理,导致番茄交售排长队、运输超高装载等问题,使得番茄采后损耗加巨。并提出番茄品种选育与均衡搭配种植,减缓番茄集中成熟是番茄采后减损的基础;其次是加强番茄种植与生产的组织管理,生产与加工结合起来,使番茄采收、运输与交售有序进行。
Processing tomato farming production has achieved scale and idustrial development in Xinjiang,but the postharvest waste problem serious.In this study,the tomato postharvest waste problem in Xinjiang were investigated.The results showed that besides the international market swings,there were two reasons：on the one side,the single varieties planting caused tomato concentratedly mature,leading to excess tomato postharvest waste;on the other side,the lack of effective organization and management caused the tomato lines and overload transportion problems,which making tomato postharvest waste worse.This study lastly pointed out that tomato breeding and collocation planting which slow tomato concentratedly mature is the basis of tomato postharvest waste.What is the next thing is to strengthen the organization and management of tomato cultivation and production,and combine production and processing,making the tomato harvest,transportion and sales orderly.
