摘要
以微米级TiN和TiC粉为主要原料,添加金属Mo、Ni,采用传统烧结工艺制备了机床高速切削用Ti(C,N)金属陶瓷刀具。研究表明,制备的K2金属陶瓷刀具的弯曲强度为1 215 MPa,洛氏硬度为131.5 HRA,断裂韧度为12.3 MPa·m1/2,切削性能优于商用M4陶瓷刀具。K2金属陶瓷刀具的物相主要为Ti(C,N)、NiCr、WC以及MoC。切削过程主要以扩散磨损和氧化磨损为主,同时伴随轻微的粘结磨损。
Ti(C, N) compound cermet sintex for high speed cutting were fabricated by traditional sintering technique using micro TiN, TiC powders as main materials and Mo, Ni powders as bonding agent. The results show that the bending strength, hardness and fracture toughness of the K2 cermet sintex were 1 215 MPa, 131.5 HRA and 12.3 MPa·m1/2 respectively, and it's cutting property is better than M4 commercial sintex. K2 cermet sintex mainly consists of Ti(C,N),Ni Cr, WC and Mo C. In the cutting process, the wear mechanism of the prepared cermet sintex are mainly spreading wear,oxidation wear and mild bonding wear.
