建筑管道的表面喷涂与耐蚀性能研究

Study on Surface Spraying and Corrosion Resistance of Building Pipeline

摘要 以Al粉、Zn粉和Al_2O_3粉为原料,对在建筑用Q235管道表面进行冷喷涂处理,对比分析了3种冷喷涂涂层的宏观形貌、涂层厚度、涂层硬度和电化学性能。结果表明,在相同的冷喷涂工艺下,3种涂层的厚度从高至低依次为:Al>Al-50Al_2O_3>Al-50Zn。Al涂层、Al-50Zn涂层和Al-50Al_2O_3涂层都可以对建筑管道提供阴极保护,但是相比较而言,冷喷涂Al-50Zn涂层的耐腐蚀性能相对其它两种涂层更为稳定和优异。 Taking Al powder, Zn powder and Al2O3 powder as raw material, the surface of Q235 pipeline were processed by cold spray. The macro morphology, coating thickness, coating hardness and electrochemical properties of threec old spray coating were analyzed. The results show that, under the same cold spray process, the thickness of three kinds of coatings from high to low as follows: Al 〉Al-50Al2O3〉 Al-50 Zn. Al coating, Al-50 Zn coating and Al-50Al2O3 can be used for cathodic protection on construction pipeline surface, but comparatively speaking, the corrosion resistant of cold spraying Al-50 Zn coating is relative more stable and excellent than other two coatings.
