摘要
通过控制平均加热速度研究AZ31镁合金和6061铝合金异种金属直接接触反应钎焊。结果表明,最佳连接温度为450℃,保温5 s,平均加热速度为100℃/min。焊接接头的剪切强度为35.4 MPa。断裂发生在接头的界面处,断裂是脆性断裂。最佳工艺条件下减少了接头中Mg_(17)Al_(12)相的数量和尺寸,提高了接头的综合性能。
The AZ31/6061 direct contact reaction brazing of dissimilar metals was studied by controlling the average rate of heating. The results show that the optimum connecting temperature is 450 ℃, insulation 5 s, and the average heat rate is100 ℃/min. The shear strength of the joint is 35.4 MPa. The fracture is brittle fracture and occurs at the joint interface.Reducing the number and size of Mg(17)Al(12) brittle phase can improve the joint's strength under the optimum technological condition.
